The extraction systems collect the waste at the processing machine as it occurs. The waste is automatically removed reducing any risk to worker and minimising machine down time required for cleaning. In turn, ducting is connected to a large industrial fan to collect and transport the waste. The waste transported by the air is then removed from the airstream by using either a cyclone or a filtration device. In certain applications a combination of both cyclone and filtration devices are utilised.

DUST AND WASTE
These units are used to collect waste in smaller factories where only one or two waste dust producing machines occur. The units range from a 0,75Kw mobile unit to a fixed 18 Kw unit.
A variety of bag filters or rotating drum filters (self cleaning) on their own or combined with cyclones are used to capture waste/dust for disposal. The filtration device would be selected to best suit the operation for optimum results.
